What "Factory-Authorized" Actually Means for You
Not every repair shop is authorized, and the difference matters. Factory-authorized means the manufacturer has trained and certified us to service their equipment, that we use genuine OEM parts, and that our work keeps your warranty intact. A general repair shop can't guarantee any of that — and the wrong repair can void the coverage on an expensive tool. Turnaround
Repair times vary with the scope of work, parts availability, and current shop workload — but when the queue is normal, most repairs are completed within one to two weeks. On a deadline? Tell us up front and we'll give you a realistic timeline.

Getting Your Tool to Us
Whatever's easiest — ship it in, drop it off at any location, use our mobile service, or we can arrange pickup. And you don't have to have bought the tool from us; we service equipment no matter where it came from.

Parts and Sourcing
We repair what we can source parts for — and when new parts are hard to find, we draw on a deep inventory of obsolete and legacy tool parts. If your tool is older or out of production, talk to us before you write it off; we can often keep equipment running long after the manufacturer has moved on.
