Shipping rates
Rates shown at checkout are estimates. The final cost may change with order size, weight or delivery location. If anything changes, someone from the Backtrack team will contact you before processing.
Refunds
Approved website returns are subject to a 3.5% deduction covering non-refundable payment processing fees. This does not apply to items that are defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to post it. If 15 business days pass without it arriving, contact sales@backtrack.com.
